I recently visited Burger King on Reisterstown Rd, hoping for a quick breakfast on my way to work. 😊 While the overnight crew is genuinely friendly and welcoming, the food quality left much to be desired. My Ghost Pepper Whopper was disappointingly cold and lacked the expected kick!

On the bright side, I appreciate their responsive customer service; they quickly reimbursed me for a mix-up with my order. Overall, I think this location could really benefit from better food preparation and employee morale. Maybe next time will be better... 🍔
