Built Without Guilt is far and above one of the best food services in Buffalo.I am a vegetarian and the creative and healthy recipes Shana comes up with never cease to amaze me.The three different pickup opportunities are convenient for my schedule and I consider the subscription pack to be quite affordable compared to what I would realistically spend on groceries/eating out.As someone who doesn’t like to cook and wants to be mindful of what they’re eating, using Built Without Guilt for meal subscription has been a life changer!

First order today, picked up during Chandler street market hours.Already sampled these, looking forward to this coming week's lunches...this saves tons of time figuring out meal plans, is totally delicious and well-balanced, and is so worth it in terms of taking uncertainty (when, where, what, etc) out of the lunch hour! I'm so glad I started using Built without Guilt! I don't cook, and getting through the pandemic has been challenging and not very healthy.These are healthy meals, in healthy portions.Great.But they're also REALLY good, so I keep coming back.Some items are there every week, but main entrees rotate for variety.I'm kind of a picky eater, and I've loved everything I've had so far.Like, take a bite and say, "Man, that's really good!" out loud with my mouth full good.I'm saving money on take-out, and I know I'm getting at least a few meals a week that are healthy.
