I’m truly sad to see that Buffalo Proper has permanently closed its doors. 💔

Before it shut down, I had some unforgettable experiences there! The cocktails were top-notch - my favorite was the Hair of the Dog, which I still crave. The crispy kimchi pancakes paired with beef were absolutely delicious, and the monkfish dish was a must-try! 🐟

The rooftop seating provided a cozy yet refined atmosphere, perfect for evening chats. Even though the service was a bit laid-back, the staff always made sure we felt welcomed. If only I could enjoy another meal there...✨
