BrickTop's is a hidden gem nestled in Specialty Shops SouthPark! 🌟 I visited on a bustling Wednesday and was pleasantly surprised by the lively atmosphere.

I started with the deviled eggs topped with millionaire bacon - pure bliss! For my main, the Panko-crusted Seabass was a standout, paired perfectly with stir-fried veggies. Don’t miss the cinnamon bread pudding for dessert; it was heavenly!

Our server, Jahrett, was fantastic and picked an excellent trout dish for me. My kids loved their adventurous salmon, too.

Reservations are a must, especially on weekends! I can't wait to return... 🍽️
