September 28, 2024I recently visited Boston Market, and while I've enjoyed their rotisserie chicken in the past, my latest experience was a bit disappointing. I ordered the family meal, excited for the delicious chicken and sides. Unfortunately, we were missing several items, including the salad and dessert.
The staff seemed overwhelmed, which impacted service. The flavors were decent, but the food felt somewhat rushed, leaving me longing for the quality I remember.
On the upside, the space is family-friendly and the accessibility is great. I hope they can sort out these issues... I’ll give them another shot soon! 🍗
