Amazing smell! Amazing food! Amazing customer service!!! I drive 15 minutes to this location, even tho I have a Bono’s next to my place.

I don’t understand how this place has only 4.3 star reviews.
I have ordered many times and food has been great and service has been fine.
Michael is professional and friendly.
Orders were correct and within the promised pick up time.
I normally order few times before writing a review.
Want to be as fair as possible.
I’ll keep ordering pickup from this place. Thank you

Went through the drive thru at 8:30 and the restaurant closes at 9pm.
Each time I asked for an item that wasn’t available I was reminded that I had come too late to get the item.
Not sure why you’re open until 9pm if you get rid of things at 830.
Asked for white meat and was told I get whatever the chef cuts at this time of night.
It’s understandable if items are not unavailable but to keep reminding a customer they came late is blatantly rude.
I will go to other Bono’s in the future.
