Overall, this place does not even deserve one star.I had options for two other places in the area and I selected this place because it had the best rating.I ordered a meat platter from appetizers, please can any south Asian tell me does the picture look like a meat platter from any angle? Second item was a aloo paratha, please I am Punjabi and I know my paratha.Does that look anything like a paratha? Please see reviews from desi ppl before going to any of these Indian/Pakistani restaurants. In my opinion, the best rating this would food would get is negative one star.
Owner response
I know you guys are frustrated and I agree with you when you order you need to know what you order you order, Samosa chart, assorted meat, platter, and Aloo Parada. If you have a picture now you can send it to Google so everybody knows what it looks like.someone else frustration you can’t show on my business.and when you go restaurant you can’t order only appetizers because you sit in an American restaurant Indian kitchen is not your Pakistan or India. This is the United States of America so when you go anywhere you need to order properly not once Samosa, because hi have a lot of expensive table cloth, glass water, and condiments before you go anywhere else in the restaurant to eat, so it better you prepare before you just go anywhere you complain your own.Thank you very much appreciate for your review.
COME EAT HERE.NOW. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff were polite and friendly and the chef deserves a hug because, again, the FOOD!!! We got the mango lassi (I loved it so much I went home and tried to make it myself-failed).I think I got the lamb Kashmiri and the chicken tikki masala.I am dying to go back. You must try this place, you will not regret it.
Was just walking in the neighborhood, had no idea what to expect. Absolutely loved the food.Got the dinner special - three course meal for $20.Fully worth it.Will come back again and again. Only gave 4 stars for atmosphere because there was no music at all in the restaurant. Was eerily quiet as we ate.But the quality of the food completely justified the place to me and made it less important.
