My first time eating at Bojangles and I was not disappointed.
I had the Cajun chicken biscuit combo with the botatos.
The biscuit was fresh.
I did add honey to the biscuit.
The potatoes were great as well.
My only complaint was the cleanliness of the dining area, but it is a busy airport so I’m sure that’s just normal.

Bojangles Fried Chicken located in terminal B next to gate B9 at 5501 Josh Birmingham Pkwy Concourse B, Charlotte, NC 28208 is a legend in the NC/SC area.
Their chicken to me is too spicy - really would prefer it if their chicken wasn’t spicy at all as to me it ruins the taste of the chicken.
All I taste is the spice/heat.
Suggest to offer 2 types spicy and non!! Employees were quick and friendly.

When I came to get food on a layover, they were out of so many things.
Like everything except chicken fingers and biscuits.
So I didn't get everything I wanted.
The people working seemed stressed and not happy to be there.
Everything was dirty and in need of a deep clean.
