Finally tried Pizza Baby in Charlotte, North Carolina.
I have to be honest, I was hesitant.
I’m from New York City, born and bred and there really isn’t good pizza here.
We got there and really enjoyed the ambience.
It was a Monday night so it was kind of slow but they played really incredible music and had a great space.
The service was fantastic.
Our server Ryan was very attentive, efficient and gave us good recommendations.
They had a pretty good special on Monday night for wine and beer.
They had a decent drink menu also! The pizza was pretty good.
We had the mother with pepperoni.
Our only complaint is that there was a lot of crust.
The burrata was delicious, and I have to say, the bread that came with it with some of the best I’ve had in Charlotte.
I sort of wanted to order more bread, but I figured I would go back.
The meatballs were awful.
Probably one of the worst things I’ve eaten in Charlotte.
They were dry and super salty.
The bread that came with it though was unbelievable.
Will definitely not order that again, but will definitely go back.

This was our first visit and I can say I thoroughly enjoyed it.
We created our pizza with sausage,pepperoni and onions...DELICIOUS we also had the garlic parm wings which were made perfectly...so good I forgot to take a picture.
All ingredients are fresh and your pizza is made to order.
...their service is kinda slow but it's worth the wait.

We are new in town and we’re looking for a pizza place, Pizza Baby is it! Oscar is amazing, he even let us try fresh Parmesan that he had imported from Italy! The food service and atmosphere can’t be beat!!!
