I recently came to Charlotte to take care of my father who was in the hospital.
A few mornings before going there, I would stop and get breakfast because it was on the way.
The morning staff members were always smiles and friendly.
Charity a staff worker took great care of us and even made Chicken tenders for my daughter.
Customer Service was excellent.
Food was great and enjoyed my chicken biscuits and Bo rounds.
I will definitely come again when in town.

I arrived here this morning 2/15/24 6:47am.
I stood there waiting to place my order because i saw hat it wasn’t busy.
The cashier running the drive through finally told after me waiting patiently that I had to go out and order.
Now you mean to tell me you have a problem taking one simple order when you’re not even busy.
Poor customer service and plainly just too lazy to preform on the job services.

Cashier was rude and was laughing & entertaining a conversation with someone else while taking our order.
Also the food was very cold, like it was sitting out for some time.
