The gentleman that took our order in driver thru was nice.HOWEVER….the fries were COLD, the chicken tenders were REFRIED and the biscuit was tough.Who does that?! As hungry as I was I couldn’t even force myself to eat it.Worst Bojangles meal I’ve ever had.
Stood at register for 5 minutes waiting to order while the manager stood there talking to the other 2 employees talking about her dogs. Once the girl took our order they continued to discuss the dogs while we stood there. Took 15 minutes to get one of our 3 orders. The other 2 orders we’re waiting on fries. The 2 plates sat there for 8 minutes before the girl said she would just bring our fries when they were done. 10 minutes later still no fries. Went to the counter for a refill had to ask the manager to refill my tea and noticed they had fries and told her we were still waiting for 2 orders of fries. I had to clean off our table because all the tables were dirty.We will never again visit this location.Horrible experience terrible management.
Man, y’all suck! People need to eat! What a waste of time and money.All the food was old and barely warm.The chicken was hard to chew and we had to trash it.The Pepsi tastes like there’s no syrup in it.It was a mobile order that was made before I got there.I was there before the time it said to get there.Why bother showing up for work if you’re not going to work?
