Our coffees were lukewarm and tasted old. Chicken biscuit -the filet was hard like it had been under a warmer too long.The First egg and cheese biscuit was warm but the bread wasn’t cooked.Like chewing raw dough.The other egg and cheese biscuit was cold. And the egg was cooked too long.It was totally hard and crunchy.The biscuit bread alone was cold and hard.When we returned the order one female employee said my mom was a liar.I would recommend corporate do immediate urine testing of the employees at this location.
From the start I made a good size order of 20 sandwiches (all the same) plus my own so 21 total.I attempted to call ahead to order with no answer.pulled into the drive thru to make my order and once made it known, received nothing but negative monitone responses.I paid for my order and was asked to pull forward as to not impact the drivethru's timer.I did this with no problem.Once I got my food asked if they had put the 1 seperate sandwich in another bag and was told it wasnt ordered.....literally two items and cant get this order correct and yall want 15 an hour...On top of that the lady who brought it out was completely pissy and popped attitude because god forbid i make them work.To the GM there I feel for you.you have a horrible team that complains at the thought of making money and pushes customers away because we inconvenience yall.never coming back and highly recommend no one else does either.drive the extra distance and avoid this place at all cost.50 dollars for this, no thank you...if I could put negative stars I would, completely dissapointed.Most companies hire at least growing adults with a goal in life.with this attitude i dont see them progressing.to the franchise, this is a great location that could stay busy and make lots of income.unfortunately your staff here needs attention because it wouldnt shock me if this store is losing you income due to horrible experiences.rehire, restructure or sell to a company that will care.Just food for thought.
Bojangles located at Owen Drive seem to be in decline in service.My daughter was first in line inside the restaurant and to her surprised was left standing in line with no response from the cashier.The employee who was at the cashier station was more interested in viewing her phone than receiving my daughter’s order.What a shame in the once friendly, receptive service from the past that does not exist today.Whatever happened to team effort that once exemplified in the Bojangles restaurant at Owen drive in Fayetteville?This experience is the second one that our family has experienced in this particular restaurant and we will look elsewhere for our future meals.Disappointed customer.
