Bojangles located in D Concourse of Charlotte Intl Airport is a very busy location, yet they give quality service and food.
It’s high rent so obviously their prices won’t be low, but the food is prepared well, and is fresh.
I really wanted a bone in piece of chicken but those aren’t available until after 9AM so I got their chicken biscuit which was good! Cashier Efren was awesome.

The chicken sandwich and cajun fries are to die for! Had it both times I stopped at this airport on the same trip.
The service was alright but they were fast and the food was fresh.

I got two pieces of chicken, one biscuit and one fries. Total: $14.39 with tax The chicken is pretty tasty.
Very close to Kentucky fried chicken in taste if you've had that.
If you want it spicy, pick up one of the Bojangles hot sauce from the counter. The biscuit that came with was also tasty and recommended. Fries have the Cajun salt on it which I liked and appreciated.
However the taste was not that great.
Kind of bland. It's located in one of the food courts called the Plaza in the airport by the D gates. Overall, worth a try.
however there are better choices like potbelly nearby as well.
