DON'T ORDER ONLINE PICK UP! My Wife and I were in a rush so we ordered online and gave it 20 minutes before arriving to pick-up at the store.
My wife went inside looking for pickup area and after asking was directed to the salad fridge when they told her it wasn't even started yet due to the drive thru being busy..30 minutes later she finally received our food from a sarcastic employee telling her "Your wait is finally over".
Also it says no service charge for online pickup but there is.
Note the ordered/pickup times in the photo.
Trying to save someone else the hassle!

I come to this location often.
Food is often fresh and if not they will correct it.
Was trying to take some food home but ended up eating it all at the restaurant.

Service is not “southern” per se Extremely rude and short tempered Asked for an egg biscuit w no cheese and one egg biscuit w EXTRA cheese Gave us 2 biscuits w one layer of cheese.
It was such a simple order.
They were rude about it and rolled their eyes when I can back and told them and asked to give us correct order I would have called, but the phone is “busy” and doesn’t go through.
We tried calling for 5 minutes after the issue We still ate them bc it’s BOJANGLES… duh
