Customer service was great, I only ordered two items.
Light butter biscuit and fries lightly seasoned.
The food was fresh, however my fries had extra seasoning.
Everyone doesn't like extra seasoning.
I also let them know I did not mind waiting.
I didn't complain about it bc I had to get back on the highway.

Food is like any other Bojangles.
What's prompting my post is the wait time in drive thru.
Only 3 cars, and still takes 10 minutes to get food.
I type this as I wait.
And this isn't a one time thing.
Expect a longer than expected wait because apparently your business caught them off guard and not cause they are short staffed because theres always a million people working just not on your order..

I thought the food was great.
I got the grilled chicken sandwich.
It came with fries.
Everything was good.
The staff was friendly and nice.
The atmosphere was busy, loud, and strange.
