Whole order was wrong.
Left fries out of all the boxes and put bbq sauce in its place.
Tried to call them and tell them and was hung up on in the middle of talking.
My kids are hungry and there closing soon so now no one will answer the phone again to correct this issue.
Horrible service, and food that i did receive is not fresh.
BEWARE OF ORDERING DELIVERY WITH THEM! Definitely will be telling others.

I hate coming to any bojangles because the customer service is always bad but the food is good.
The lady taking our order was rude had an attitude for no reason , I’ve worked in fast food so I know how it is but it’s not right to be rude to customers that are being nice.
No cars were behind us and I understand they are timed on how quickly cars get in and get out but she was rushing us , all we needed was 2 minutes.
Then I asked for Dr Pepper she didn’t tell me they didn’t have the drink she just gave me another drink to get us out of drive thru.
Just ghetto and rude I wish no jangles would attack customer service.
It makes no sense that every single one I go to the employees are rude.

The young lady in the drive thru took my debit card and never gave it back and I literally didn’t notice until hours later , yeah kinda my fault but I did attempt to call the store and no one answered.
However I did lock the card and ordered another one so I will be just waiting on that to come in a few days .
I guess I need to be more aware now when going to a place like this
