I had a delightful dinner at Blue Water Shrimp & Seafood inside the Hilton Hawaiian Village! 🌊 We ordered the Ahi tuna, pink snapper, and spicy garlic shrimp. The tuna was seared beautifully, while the snapper's crispy edge paired wonderfully with its sweet salsa.

The atmosphere felt casual yet trendy, and the staff were efficient even with the busy crowd. We also tried the pineapple smoothie served in an actual pineapple - such a fun touch! 🍍 While the sides were just okay, the seafood's freshness made it all worthwhile. Definitely a hidden gem in Waikiki!
