Uncle Bo's Pupu Bar & Grill

Everything we had was great.
Huge selection of pupus, main dishes, and desserts.
Huge bar and TVs for watching games also.
Parking in the lot across the street is only $3 for 2 hours, can't beat it.

Horrible experience for individuals with gluten free dietary restrictions.
I ordered the chicken pesto pasta because my grandmother ordered the same dish, and it looked fantastic.
So I ordered the chicken, pesto dish, gluten-free, and it was horrible.
They basically served me pesto and water as a sauce, whereas the original dish is creamy.
No effort to even make it as close to normal as possible.
Waste of money and completely disappointing seeing as I specifically came here because of their extensive gluten free menu. I originally ordered their fresh fish dish that was baked in a garlic aïoli.
I’m not kidding when I say that the aïoli they scooped on top of this fish was at least an inch and a half thick… It was a texture nightmare.
I immediately sent it back.

The front was too cold for my wife, so they sat us in the back of the restaurant, which turned out to have a better atmosphere for what we were looking for.
The service was great and the food was good.
My wife had the crabcakes, and she enjoyed them.
I had the S.O.S.
which is pan roasted clams, scallops, shrimp, calamari, and fresh fish.
This dish is delicious.
My son ordered Uncle BO's seafood catch.
It has clams, scallops, calamari, shrimp, and fish jumbled in a creamy tomato linguine net.
This is also a good meal, but I liked mine better.
I also ordered a bowl of clam chowder soup to share with my son to have a taste.
This was good also.
