Hatsuhana Japanese Restaurant at the Hilton Hawaiian Village is a delightful spot for sushi lovers! 🍣

I visited for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by their new buffet offering, which included a fantastic selection of fresh seafood and comforting miso soup. The standout was definitely the Best Tuna Sushi Roll; it was heavenly!

Though the wait for my to-go order felt a bit longer than expected, the staff handled my concerns promptly and professionally.

Overall, a cozy atmosphere with attentive service. Don't miss it if you're in Waikiki...!
