I ordered a strawberry lemon drop, the gumbo ya-ya, and the southern comfort.I went on a Friday around 6 pm, and it was not busy at all, and was able to get a table very quick.Everything was delicious. The portions were on the smaller side in my opinion compared to the actual price.I left with a full stomach and leftovers, so the prices were worth it to me.The staff were also very nice. Also, at first they gave me wrong gumbo at first, but were very accommodating and quickly fixed the issue.

Thank you for the awesome review!! Come back soon ☺️
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Blue Orleans in Chattanooga, and I can confidently say it was one of the most exceptional meals I've ever had. The dish I enjoyed was the "Southern Comfort," a flavorful combination of smoked gouda cheese grits, bacon-flavored collard greens, and fried boneless catfish filets. Each component of the dish was layered with flavor, creating a harmonious blend that truly delighted the palate. The smoked gouda cheese grits were creamy and rich, providing the perfect base for the dish. The collard greens had a deep, savory bacon flavor that added a wonderful depth to the meal. The catfish filets were fried to perfection, crispy on the outsid, and tender on the inside, adding a satisfying texture to the dish. Overall, the food at Blue Orleans is not just a meal, but an experience. The attention to detail and the care put into each dish are evident, making it a must-visit for anyone in Chattanooga. If you're looking for authentic Southern cuisine with a modern twist, Blue Orleans is the place to go. Make sure you say hello to chef Randy and Sidney, our waitress! Not only was the food exceptional but the staff was as well!

Thank you for the awesome review!!
Our family of four visited this cute New Orleans cuisine restaurant after reading great reviews online while we were visiting Chattanooga for a sports tournament. We went early for dinner on a Friday evening and plenty of seating was available (it became more crowded as the night progressed). We were greeted by our server, Sidney, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. The ambience was great and the food was even better.Although the fried gator was highly recommended, we weren’t feeling particular “daring” this evening so we started with crab cakes and seafood gumbo.Neither disappointed. The crab cakes were flavorful with a bit of spice and the gumbo was thick and filling. Our entrees included shrimp and grits, a shrimp po’ boy, shrimp d’orleans pasta, and chicken tenders (with a side of red beans and rice) for my less adventurous younger one.The portions were generous and the meals were extraordinary. We left with our bellies full and happy. So if you are in Chattanooga and looking a great restaurant with some authentic NOLA based food, Blues Orleans is the spot!
