Enjoyed our first trip to Blue Oak.
The quality of the food was very good and the service was great.
The prices were definitely on the high side for BBQ locally.
Everything we ordered was fresh and accurate. FOR THOSE WITH KIDS/PICKY EATERS: There is no kids menu and no "traditional" kids food, i.e.
no chicken tenders, grilled cheese, French fries, and no kids portions of the other menu items.
This made it a challenge for us as a family with young kids. Overall a good place that would be better suited as a date night or lunch break.

We thought we’d give it a try.
My wife had a two meat plate with turkey and pulled pork, with potato salad and baked beans as her sides.
I had the sliced lean brisket, with tater tots and the Mac n cheese.
I also had with an order of fried ribs.
This came to $67.00. My wife said her food was just ok and I feel mine was the same.
The brisket and the tots were the best thing we tried.
The tots had a bit too much seasoning, but were good and crunchy.
The fried ribs were tender but I didn’t care for all the brown sugar on them. We’ll stick to our local favorites when it comes to barbecue!

10/10 RECOMMEND!!! This is hands down the BEST bbq place in Huntsville.
Honestly, the atmosphere, the customer service, and the management has done an amazing job! Our family hasn’t received this type of service in a long time.
The food was amazing also! Everything tasted fresh, seasoned to perfection, and came out fast.
We will for sure be back!
