Blue Agave Grill is a delightful gem tucked away in Fort Collins! 🌮 I stopped in for lunch and was blown away by the Tortilla Soup and Blue Corn Enchiladas - each dish was bursting with flavor and expertly spiced.
Our server was attentive and friendly, adding a personal touch to our meal. The Coconut Rum Blondie for dessert was the icing on the cake! With a cozy atmosphere and a wide menu that beckons return visits (hello, Poblano Corn Chowder!), I can't wait to come back for dinner... 🍽️
