Ate at other BJ's but first time at this location.
We sat outside, seats were dirty, and the floor had bones, icecream and food under the tables.
The service could really be better in many ways.
From training the waiters, we were often unattended and asking other waiters for simple things.
Few mistakes with the food.
Not the best location at all, don't think we will return.
GOLDSTAR for The Prime rib, it was great, and the dessert was the best part highly recommended to try!

Came with 2 of my friends for appetizers and drinks..for the first time in a long time.
I haven’t been to BJ’s in over 2 years, and I definitely will come back sooner because of the friendly staff.
In particular, Paetra.
She was our waitress and she definitely raised the bar for the food service industry standards. She was attentive, detailed, and had a great attitude.
From letting us know about their pizookie promo by getting the app, to checking in on our table at literally the most perfect times, I can’t say I’ve ever had this great service — anywhere. Our group did not feel rushed and we felt like we got the most out of our experience while dining.
She was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and had a nice pep in her step. If you ever get the opportunity, give this location a try and ask for PAETRA specifically for a 10/10 experience. *personal favorite was their new espresso martini & the Mac n cheese ball appetizer

Had a great time and dinner at BJ's Restaurant in San Jose.
Ordered the brew house sampler and BBQ tri-trip dinner.
The food never disappoints.
More importantly, what made our experience enjoyable for my family was our waiter, Clay.
He was very attentive and took care of us.
GREAT SERVICE! We will definitely ask for him when we return.
BJ's is one of my favorite go-to restaurants in San Jose.
A BIG recommend to family and friends!
