Bistro SouthEast is a hidden gem in Philadelphia! 🌟 The cozy atmosphere makes it perfect for a casual lunch or takeout. I tried the salt & pepper shrimp with rice and the shrimp & pork dumplings, both bursting with flavor!

Their sweet chili wings and crispy shrimp rolls were the stars of the show - definitely worth ordering again.

While the mango-sticky rice was a tad dry, the menu’s variety and generous portions more than made up for it. Plus, the friendly service adds to the charm! I'll be back for sure! 👍😊
