I just came from (06/07) the Biscuitville on Western Ave and the customer service was not great.
As I was placing my order, the Spicy Honey & Chicken combo, the lady on the speaker asked me what I wanted.
Being it was my first time at the restaurant personally, I knew bacon was on the menu.
She then proceeds to tell me "that isn't a side on the menu" and laughs (chuckles).
I had another person in the car and they talented to hear her and said "That isn't funny".
You could still hear the last laughing and her tone was completely different when we got to the window.
It also seemed she was mocking me when I said I wanted ketchup for my condiment. She had curly hair up in a ponytail, piercings on the face and brown skin.
Customer service was not ok! On the other hand, my food was warm and pretty good.
I'll debate on coming back to this specific location.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but when I have to wait about 40 mintues for my food and they're letting all the drive thru cars get their orders.

The cars all disappeared from outside and would form a new line over and over again.

.Many other people were waiting on their orders for a very long time.
Will not be returning.
Would leave no stars.
