About
At Binchoyaki, a modern Japanese izakaya located in Sacramento, diners can delight in a unique skewer experience unlike any other. Known for its cozy and trendy ambiance, this eatery offers a delightful array of small plates—from perfectly grilled yakitori to a must-try Duck Ramen. While the fast service is appreciated, reserving a table ahead of time is vital, especially on busy evenings when the outdoor seating can be a great escape. Expect to pay around $80-$100 per person, with delicious organic options for everyone, including vegans and children.
My visit to Binchoyaki was a unique culinary adventure! 🌟 We made a reservation, which I highly recommend, as it gets quite packed.
Starting with the Tori Karapon and the delectable Duck Ramen - both were standout dishes that left me craving more! The charcoal-grilled skewers were flavorful, though I did find the Beef Tongue slightly overcooked.
The casual atmosphere was lovely, but be prepared for hefty prices - our bill was around $100 each. A tip is automatically added for parties as small as two, which caught us off guard.
Despite a few hiccups, I’ll gladly return for that amazing Duck Ramen! 🍜
