Located on Cass Street in Pacific Beach, San Diego, CA, this small restaurant has delicious slow-roasted/carved roast beef sandwiches.
The large sandwich has 8 oz.
of the beef, and the junior sandwich has 5 oz.
The sandwiches come with cheese, mayonnaise, and barbecue sauce.
The beef is tender and medium rare.
There is some limited seating out front by the sidewalk.

I ordered their larger super beef sandwich.
Perfect, thin slices stacked thick.
The sauce is soo tasty and adds just the right punch with the vinegar/bbq base.
The bread was toasted to add that extra little crunch with each bite .

I have told multiple people about this place and my mouth waters just thinking of my next sandwich.
Do yourself a favor and grab plenty of napkins and have some wet wipes nearby.

Hey Massholes- this is it.
Saying this is the real deal isn't entirely accurate.
This is better than Kelly's and the quality is insane.
I'm shocked that a local specialty from such a small area of home made it to San Diego, and blown away that it is this good.
Get the horseradish cream sauce and skip the Junior beef because you would miss out on the onion roll.
