Rubio's Coastal Grill is a gem in San Diego! 🌊 I visited recently and was blown away by the friendly service and quick turnaround. My fish taco especial took me back to my Colorado memories - absolutely divine! The chipotle white sauce is truly addictive.

I loved the self-serve salsa bar with plenty of options to elevate my meal. The ambiance is casual and perfect for families. Just a heads up: parking can be tricky, especially on the south side, but it’s worth it for the delicious, fresh food... Can't wait to come back! 🌮
