I recently visited BIG EASY in Crabtree Valley Mall, and while I'm sad to hear they are temporarily closed, I have to share my experience.

The Cajun flavors I remember were missing, as they've shifted to more Asian-inspired dishes. I tried the shrimp po' boy, and though it was decent, it didn't quite hit the mark. Pricing was a bit steep for what I received, and service felt inconsistent.

While I enjoyed my meal, I noticed some teamwork issues among the staff, which took away from the overall vibe. I hope they get back to their roots soon! 🌟
