Big Chicken

I didn’t know eating a chicken biscuit could be so disappointing.
The biscuit was flavorless and thick and crunchy—in a dry cardboard kind of way.
The bacon was okay, but also had no flavor somehow? The egg patty was extremely fluffy, but had a musty aftertaste.
The cheese was thin and stringy, it reminded me of mucus.
The bacon jam was a bit savory which made it the biscuit’s only savior, but the rest of the team was dead weight.
The server was kind to me, so it’s a shame that she works at a place with such subpar food.
Maybe you’ll have better luck, but I honestly recommend saving your money and spending it somewhere else. UPDATE: I let the server know my issues with the food and she gave me a new sandwich that was MUCH tastier.
The Shaq was a definite upgrade and the chicken was delicious.
In summary, great for lunch, but not for breakfast, it seems.

Burger is good, but the chicken popcorn was over cooked.
Tasted oily and it was cold when I took it first, after I asked them they did replace it but not sure if they re heated it in oil or did a fresh one

This review is based off my visit on 3 August 2023.
We arrived around 1130 that morning.
Decided to grab lunch before traveling.
My first mistake was not reading the reviews on Google.
I searched tik tok for some recent reviews.
However, when we arrived at the place, there were people standing everywhere waiting on food.
Because I had time to spare I decided to join them.
I attached pictures you can see what we ordered.
Long story short.....the food is bland no seasoning.
Served lukewarm, dry and the chicken taste as if it was previously frozen.
The fries were lukewarm but seasoned and actually taste okay.
Wish the fries were served at a decent temperature.
The chicken sandwich sauce taste like what is used on Popeyes sandwich.
We didn't order drinks.
You could tell they were backed up in the kitchen.
Overall I would give it a 2 out of 10.
And that's based off the cashier's interaction with us...he was pleasant.
If the CEO or manager happens to read my review I would say the location is perfect, just revamp your system for handling wait times.
As there are no tables.
Also, a refresher on quality of food and taste should be performed.
Possibly send a secret shopper to confirm what the other reviews are saying.
And last but not least if this restaurant is operated/ owned by SHAQ please help this place to reach it's maximum potential.
And I would like my money back...
expeditiously.
30 bucks down the drain....
we ended up throwing all the food away could not take another bite.
Definitely not worth the price.
I would recommend you check it out for yourself.
