I made the mistake of stopping by for a bite to eat during a layover.I am a minor and was traveling with a group; my group had gone to get food earlier but I'd felt unwell so I'd waited.Eventually once my group had come back to our gate they'd said a staff member had been rude, but nothing else. The food smelled good so I decided to go back and get some. When I asked for a single egg role the staff member said to me, "You can have it for free, that cute face will get you anywhere in life." and winked.Mind you, this guy looked to be in his 20's, and was definitely over 18. It took me a moment to understand what he said, but once I did I replied, "I'm 15." He then looked me in the eyes and said, "That's fine." He handed me my free egg rolls, and I left, shocked and a little scared.I reported him to my advisor who went to get his name so that it could be included in the report made to the airport, but once he was there the manager wouldn't give him his name even once he told him the seriousness of the situation. The airport staff knew who we were talking about right away, so this cant be the first time this staff member (or maybe any of the staff) had acted this way.I learned later that the guy who'd flirted with me even after knowing my very non-legal age, had also commented on the amount of food one of my friends had ordered, implying that she didn't need to eat that much. In the end the man was (allegedly) fired, for leaving his job while still on the clock.I find this hard to believe, with how adamant his boss was with his lack of wrong doing. Oh, and the free egg rolls weren't even good.

First of all, I would like to apologize for your experience at our establishment.Nobody should have to deal with this kind of behavior when they are just trying to get something to eat on their travels, especially at such a young age.I have been hoping you would reach out since I found out about this, if I recall correctly this happened about a month ago.I received a call from another employee after everything took place.I would also like to tell you that the employee mentioned is no longer employed with us, he was terminated as soon as I heard about this incident. Also the guy you spoke with is not a manager, he is a Team Lead, and he was also disciplined for his actions involved in this matter and retrained on policies we have in place regarding customer interactions and harassment. We do not condone or tolerate this kind of behavior in our establishment. If there is anything I can do to further rectify this situation, please feel free to reach out at Randolph.mccabe@paradies-na.com Again, I am truly sorry you had to go through this and apologize for my former employee's behavior.Email me for if his information is still needed, I will be more than glad to accommodate you! Sincerely, Randolph McCabe The ACTUAL Manger at Big Bowl/ Magic Pan
Everything is very average (except the price $$$).Rice was OK as American style rice, had a slight SE Asian taste; it would never pass for “rice” in Japan.Mongolian Broccoli & Beef seemed to be prepackaged frozen food.Tough and bland.Be realistic, at these prices and food quality, don’t insult the customer and trick them into adding a tip.Note: you can enter zero

Dry, burnt, and tasteless. The worst I have ever had.I was in airport for 4 hr on layover and this the best your staff could provide for hungry travelers. They should have had fresh entrees in front not food that had set for hrs.And I want my money refunded.I happen to wait and eat it on the plane after coffee.
