Bibas Courtyard Grill offers a cozy dining experience right in Hale Koa Hotel. 🌺 I decided to stay in after a long travel day, and it was a smart choice! The Waikiki mule cocktail was refreshing, and the steak and shrimp were nicely paired - though the steak could have been cooked a bit better.

The outdoor seating adds charm, with a lovely breeze, but the atmosphere felt a bit cramped. A highlight is definitely the dessert; I couldn't resist their chocolate lava cake! 🍰 I'd return for the drinks and dessert alone. Worth checking out if you’re in Waikiki!
