Upon entering, I liked the cozy ambiance, though it was surprisingly empty. The service was friendly, which added a nice touch to the experience. We tried their Chicago-style pizza and a white pizza. Unfortunately, the Chicago-style was disappointing - it felt like all cheese and no flavor. The white pizza, however, was tasty with good quality toppings, especially after I added pepperoni.
While I faced a couple of hiccups with our order, I'm willing to give Bella Napoli another chance. Perhaps dine-in will offer a better experience! 🍕
