I stumbled upon Pure Soul while passing through Durham, and I'm so glad I did! 😍 I ordered the Chicago burger, gluten-free mac-and-cheese, and a side of soul rolls. The mac-and-cheese was honestly the best I've had, creamy and rich! The vibe was casual and cozy, and the staff treated us like family.
