Banu Vegan is a hidden gem on S Roxboro St! 🌱 The OG chikin sandwich blew me away - the perfectly fried oyster mushrooms paired with fresh veggies on a delicious bun. My partner and I also enjoyed the flavorful philly fake steak and seasoned fries.
