Nice staff, dog friendly, spacious inside and a robust outdoor seating setup which includes heaters above the table that you can turn on yourself, and TVs.
The staff was attentive and even gave my dog a water bowl.
Three stars though because the food is very basic.
It was good, I enjoyed it, but the quality was very mediocre.
I’ll be back and will try their drinks - four starts if they end up being good. Great place to go for spacious seating, dog friendly.

This restaurant has a great ambiance and their outdoor patio is dog friendly.
I got the NY steak rare 🥩 and it was very good.
Sorry the photo is blurry.
The main issue I had with Bell Tower is their service was horrible.
The waiters kept forgetting my order, it took 45 minutes to just get served a beer, which came after I was halfway done my meal.
However, when I got.my bill, they did not charge me for the beer, which was nice of them.
Still, if they hired better wait staff, the experience would have been much better.

The ambience is nice.
We preferred sitting outside during night.
The quesadilla was way better than expected.
The buffalo wings were also 👌🏻👌🏻 A lot of options for beer as well !
