BBQ Central has some solid comfort food that brings a warm touch of soul to Detroit! The beef ribs are a standout - when cooked well, they’re a delightful treat, especially with the sauce on the side. 🍖

Their crinkled fries pair nicely with a juicy medium-well burger, making it a perfect casual meal. While the mac-n-cheese and yams weren’t my favorites alone, they surprisingly complemented each other well.

The atmosphere is relaxed, but I’ve noticed some inconsistencies with orders. I’ll definitely give them another shot next time! 🥳
