Italian restaurant
Review is a bit late but we finally settled from traveling. We visited on 1/1/2024 for dinner and the whole experience was wonderful. The host was welcoming, and our waiter Paolo walked us through the menu, offered insight to the dishes and was very kind and attentive. The atmosphere was romantic, white table cloth, candle light, very elegant. Our food- oh my gosh our food- amazing. From the bread and dipping sauce, appetizers, salads, to the main course and dessert.Everything was so, so good.I really canât express it enough, the pasta was amazing and I come from an Italian family, I mean it, it was so good. And their Parmesan!!! So good.Maybe I over did it on my dish but it was yummy. We didnât have to travel to âlittle Italyâ for classic Italian, this place is it.Bolognese might be a simple dish, but theirs was more than just delicious.I never finish a dish before my boyfriend but this time I did, it was delicious, and if I lived in NY Iâd be there again right now.Thank you so much to the staff for making our first dinner as an engaged couple memorable, and thank you to the kitchen for such a delicious meal.
I had the pounded out pork chop, breaded fried, finished with lemon.Crispy tender wonderful flavor. We also had Shrimp Parmigiana along with salad.Great night out with friends.Anderson our waiter had the whole menu in his head.Anderson was very helpful enabling each of us to make our dinner decisions.
We went on a busy Friday night and were able to get a table with minimal notice. The server was okay, had to ask another staff member to refill water and again where our cocktails were.Overall the food was great. The veal was fantastic, as was the burrata. The gnocchi had a perfect texture, just personally felt like the sauce needed a little more dimension.I think a veggie, pancetta, or something could complement the sharpness. The warm brownie at the end was the perfect capstone for a delicious meal.
