Loved it.
My husband and I were raised in Southern California and our standards are very high.
We got the Floutas de pollo and 1/2lb barbacoa.
It was so good! Super fresh and we enjoyed all of it.
I recommend this to anyone.
I wish they had rice and beans!

Flavors are there, The Barbacoa has an authentic flavor.
Not greasy at all, the Barbacoa is not wet (some places like keeping it wet so it doesn't dry, but here I didn't see that problem) you are getting quantity and quality for what you paying for.
Very simple dishes but good flavor.
This is the first time I see this style of serving were you get everything on the side and you built your tacos, burritos or tortas the way you want and it makes sense.
Bread was a bit heavy but I can see why that type of bread is being use, it was not falling apart at all.

Our recipe has been in our family for decades and we’re so excited for more people to try our barbacoa.
The note on the pan blanco has been noted and we have implemented the removal of a bit of bread (from the inside) of the pan blanco, so the torta/bread is not too heavy! Thank you for trying it out and we hope to see you soon.
