Mexican restaurant
On Saturday afternoon there was a small norteño trío playing music.I ordered the consume de Borrego.I thought it would have meat in it as well as garbanzo beans but it did not have meat. My bf ordered 2 tacos de Borrego, and 2 sopes one chicken one chorizo. He said they were ok.The Borrego meat was a little smokier than he likes. The agua frescos are sweet, but good and natural.
The 1st time I ate here was amazing and I have been so excited to go back, well I explained to my fiance and son how AMAZING this place was so we stopped to eat there, and yall let me tell you, I have never felt more ignored and more out of place at any other restaurant in my entire life.We were completely ignored from the time we walked in until the time we walked out over 30minutes later. After 10 minutes, I got up to tell a waitress what drinks we wanted and that we were ready to order, she said okay, yet never brought our drinks, never took our order, she instead sat down with other crew members and not one of them ever acknowledged us.As I was a waitress for many many years I understand that you get busy and forget some stuff, but to instead completely ignore a table, on purpose, especially after one of them had to get up and look for any type of service, I couldn't even imagine doing. If I could give this place 0 stars I would
I had lunch here, ordered a small consome $8 and the barbacoa plate everything is bland including the salsa. My bf ordered camarones a la diabla and again very spicy but not in a good way because there's no flavor. Our total was $48 for terrible meals which were not even consumed.
