Banh Town is a delightful gem for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese flavors! 😊

I couldn’t resist trying the pork special banh mi with a fried egg, and it did not disappoint! The unctuous meats paired well with pickled carrots and that special mayo sauce - just heavenly. The roll was flaky and fresh, making every bite divine.

The charming decor, reminiscent of street vendors, added character, and the lovely staff were efficient and gracious.

Their pho brisket was one of the best I've ever had, with a broth that's simply unforgettable! Can’t wait to return for more savory experiences. 🌟
