Really good teriyaki place! Chicken is good quality and well-cooked, very juicy.Gyoza are well-seasoned.Nice people!
Teriyaki has three elements.The quality of the meat, the tang of the sauce, and the texture of the rice.I believe they have all 3 in line perfectly. They had substituted some of the meat cuts for awhile and the quality had definitely dropped.Glad to see their meat improved and is back to being a nice texture that complements the sauce and rice.I love their robust (not overly sweet) teriyaki sauce combined with their firm and (not overly cooked/ mushy) rice. Definitely a top stop for Seattle Style Teriyaki
Really really good.I have been to many different teriyaki spots and this is in the top 10% easy.We got the chicken teriyaki, tofu teriyaki and veggie roll and all were on point.My chicken had a great char to it while still being juicy and tender, while the tofu teriyaki had a great (possibly marinated) flavor. Portions are exactly what one should expect from a teriyaki spot.Thicc.
