Baisakhi Indian Restaurant offers a delightful dining experience in Madrid. The casual atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel right at home. We kicked off our meal with piping hot vegetable and chicken samosas – truly a great way to start! For mains, the Beef vindaloo was rich and flavorful, paired perfectly with soft garlic naan. I also enjoyed a refreshing mango lassi that I almost ordered again! The place was a bit crowded, but that only added to the lively vibe. I’ll definitely be back... 🌟
