Ba Mien Restaurant is truly an **absolute gem** in New Orleans! 🌟 I was thrilled to discover authentic Vietnamese cuisine right here. The crispy fried egg noodles were crispy perfection, and the family-style pork and vegetable spring rolls allowed us to assemble our own rolls - so interactive and fun!

The staff treated us like family, which made our visit feel special. Don’t miss the **Pho Eye Round and Tendon** - the blend of spices in the broth is simply heavenly! I can’t wait for my next trip back. If you're in the area, this little spot is a must-try! 🥰
