I recently dined at Asian Chef & Jasmine Garden located in a quiet part of Fort Collins, and it was a mixed bag.

The Garlic Pork with fried rice was decent, but it felt more like a mountain of plain rice topped with a small portion of pork - definitely lacked stir-fry flair! 🍚
