I recently dined at Asado Urban Grill and Lounge in the Hilton Kansas City Airport, and it had its ups and downs.

The atmosphere was cozy and trendy, perfect for a relaxed meal. I started with the smoked sample platter - delicious beans and fries, but the brisket was a bit cold and dry. 😕

Service was fast, although I felt for the hardworking staff juggling a busy night!

Overall, I’d say it’s worth a visit for a casual meal, just don’t set your expectations too high for the food quality... Will I return? Maybe! 🍽️
