I recently visited Arby's on Durango Dr, and it was a mixed bag of experiences!

The order-ahead feature was fantastic - my food was ready when promised and hot! 🌭 However, the small order of fries felt like a child-sized portion (next to the ketchup for reference). My significant other noticed that our steak garlic ribeye sandwiches looked more like smokehouse brisket and lacked freshness.

Despite the hiccups, the staff was friendly and the place was clean. With some improvements in the timing and order accuracy, this Arby’s could really shine! 🍟✨
