Ordered ahead and grabbed my order off the shelf instead of having to wait in line to ask the cashier for it which was awesome! Food was ready when it said it would be and was fresh and hot.
My only complaint is the small order of fries seemed extremely small.
Did they mistakenly give me the child size? 🤔 Placed next to the ketchup for reference.

My significant other went to get us a couple sandwiches.
We ordered the new steak garlic ribeye but got what looked like smokehouse brisket.
The sandwich’s would’ve been cool if it didn’t look like it’s been sitting there literally.
They drenched it in bbq sauce on BOTH sides, the buns were soggy like they’ve been soaked in water, and the wrapping looks old like someone else had returned the s/w and they were resold.
Definitely returning and getting a refund.

This Arby’s isn’t bad.
It’s in a good location, inside is nice and clean.
Food was good.
Crinkle fries aren’t too good.
Needs ketchup.
Staff was friendly.
You can tell they are distressed though.
With walk in orders and drive thru they struggled to get orders out and bagged in an organized manner.
Not sure what the disconnect is.
However we waiting 22 minutes for our order.
To compensate we got milks that expire in a week.
I get food service workers grace since I get the struggle.
Maybe a week closed to train would be beneficial though.
