It was pleasant going in but after we had gotten the food it wasn't a pleasant experience.
The food was hot and fresh but my coworker ordered regular fries and I ordered curly fries, her fries were full mine was half.
Then when I went up front to ask for packages of ketchup the girl only gave me 3 when I asked for more she gave me 2 more than proceeds to tell me there is ketchup in the containers on the counter.
I've been in customer service for my whole life and have never seen anything like this, her attitude was just atrocious.
I would have given a better atmosphere but her presence killed that

I’ve been to this location (many years back) before.
The staff has always (and still are)been a pleasure to encounter. Extremely friendly; and, extremely polite. Whomever the owner of this particular location; you have a great staff!!😎😊 Sincerely.

Delicious 😋 best if you use mailer coupons or it gets pricy for fast food, their new wagu burger is melt in your mouth flavorful worthy. The roast beef is juicy long strips and the fries, mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers come out hot and fresh. The buffalo boneless wings were a little cool because there was too much sauce 😕 and the sauce was cold The buffalo sauce is spicy and buttery tasting but it tastes good They have changed the buns on their sliders, less bready more like the Hawaiian bread rolls The cherry turnover was really good, very flaky and flavorful Mozzarella and jalapeño bites were the best The crust on the mozzarella isperfect and the cheese is best fresh and hot
