Placed an online order and waited.
Noticed a sandwich that was sitting in the window already from Before I placed my order.
After five minutes, was given that sandwich and told it was made 2-3 minutes ago.
I'm not blind.
Asked for a fresh one and was told no.
Maybe don't gaslight your customers.

Just moved back to Springfield.
I ate at this Arby's with my grandmother back in the late '70s.
The building has aged well.
The dining room was spotless, and service was fast and friendly.
Food was fresh and hot (especially my bun, which I could have eaten 3 of).
Nice to see this place not only survived, but is still clean and efficient.

I tried the new cheese steak sandwich.
The sandwich was drenched in sauce, dripping off of the paper, and the texture of the meat was like soft like a mushroom.Fake processed meat and one side of bread was hard like it sat out for a while and got heated up.
Y’all should not be allowed to serve this really messed up my appetite for eating Arby’s.
