The store at 3815 south high wasted all that money on a remodel just to keep trashy.Customer service.Disregard and disrespect was my experience.Standing waiting for 15 minutes for an order only to hear the manager tell the other worker âdonât worry about that nowâ.She did that right in front of me as if I didnât matter , nor did my customer matter.If this establishment canât handle doordash orders then donât take them.I will never come back here as a door dasher and I will never come back here as a customer.

If I could leave a negative star rating, I would. We went through the drive thru, on Saturday night the night before St.Patrick day. It took 10 min for a person to decide to take our order.And they were out of roast beef.Mind you, Arby's commercials say, "we got the meats." BUT NOT TONIGHT.So we ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap meal with crinkle fries and a Turkey Gyro meal with crinkle fries.We were told to pull forward, and they would bring the food out.There was only one car behind us, and there was no one inside for them to wait on.It took another 15 minutes before they brought us the food.The fries were cold! And the Buffalo chicken wrap was not cut all the way through, and even though they put 2 paper wrappers on it, the wrap was oozing from the sauce making it impossible to eat in the car and having to wait till I got home to eat.Meaning that I had to reheat the wrap.

They need more employees that actually feel like doing their job.Pulled up to just try to get it quick bite and they would not even come to the headset after I said hello in the speaker a few times.Wasn't even being rude I was just curious if someone was there.Their service is terrible
